At Ohio State we offer some unique opportunities in ultrasound education including a highly advanced infrastructure with ultrasound penetrance into the medical school curriculum, residency rotations, patient care and other clinical services throughout the medical center and the region. Facilities include a skills lab with 8 ultrasound machines, multiple phantoms, and TTE/TEE Simulator and a clinical EM setting with 5 machines at the main campus ED, 2 at the affiliated ED site, and QPATH and PACS connectivity for ultrasound scans.
