Thank you for your interest in the Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center. Over the course of the year, the fellow will become highly skilled at acquiring and interpreting sonographic images. The fellow will also become involved with multiple ultrasound-related research projects, teach POCUS to attendings, residents and medical students. The fellow will learn about all the aspects of administering an Emergency Ultrasound Division including credentialing, machine maintenance, billing and faculty development. We endeavor to be on the cutting edge of this fast moving field. Working in this high volume, high acuity ED will help solidify your training and make you a true expert upon completion of the fellowship, able to run a division.
