The Baystate Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship is a one year position open to board certified/board eligible emergency physicians who have completed an EM residency. The fellowship focuses on refining and expanding basic ultrasound skills gained in residency and learning new applications. Ultrasound program development is stressed, as are the development of teaching skills. The main goal is to provide the emergency physician with all the tools necessary to be an effective emergency ultrasound director.

The Baystate Emergency Department is located in a busy, high-acuity Level 1 tertiary care center that sees over 130,000 emergency visits a year. hosts fellowships in Pediatrics, Research, Administration, Wilderness Medicine, and Education/Simulation, and Global Health.
