Yes. Residents also spend 1 day a month on their EM rotations on scan shifts in the ED.

Approximately 150 didactic hours over 3 years.

Other Information

All interns participate in a 2 day intensive EUS “Bootcamp” during orientation. All residents receive a Butterfly iQ, case, and iPad on arrival.

Regular scanning workshops offered on diverse scanning applications.

Simulation-based ultrasound sessions and self-directed curriculum offered.
