Denver Health / Children's Hospital Colorado Pediatric US Fellowship
Welcome to the Denver Health and Children's Hospital Colorado Pediatric Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship website!
The Pediatric Ultrasound Fellowship at Denver Health and Children's Hospital Colorado is a one-year curriculum designed to train leaders in pediatric emergency ultrasound. The first year of the Pediatric Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship began in July of 2015, and as of July 2018, will be combined with Children's Hospital Colorado! The Pediatric Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship is built on the foundation of the Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship at Denver Health with over 20 years of clinical excellence in bedside ultrasound use, research and educational publications related to emergency ultrasound, and a faculty that is dedicated to the principle that ultrasound is integral to every emergency physician’s clinical practice. The Pediatric Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship expands on this experience to include pediatric-specific ultrasound techniques. Scanning will take place in both the general emergency department at Denver Health and the pediatric emergency departments at Denver Health and Children's Hospital Colorado.
