Information for Program Directors

Programs listed on our site participate in the National Resident Matching Program (NMRP) Match program.

We’ve streamlined the application process and continue to help countless program directors in their journey to find their next standout fellows.

Applicants must register with the NRMP, and are encouraged to review the Match information and dates, the registration support guide, and a short Match process video.

Program Requirements

  • Programs are required to maintain an accurate list of contacts, emails, and phone numbers with SCUF to facilitate communication. (https://user.eusfellowships.com/login.php)
  • Programs must stay current on Program Fees ($275/year).
  • Program Fees must be received by July 1 to avoid late fees.
  • The Fellowship Program Director (PD) is responsible for timely payment of program dues.
  • The Fellowship Program Director must maintain membership with SCUF ($100/year). If a PD previously had an account with SCUF but the email address associated with the account has changed, reach out to info@eusfellowships.com to request assistance updating information and login credentials.

  • Programs are encouraged to contact the SCUF business office (info@eusfellowships.com) if there are circumstances that may prevent them from meeting the deadlines below.

Program Fee invoices sent to billing contact and Program Director

July 1

Program Fees due. Fees paid after this date will incur a 10% late fee.

August 1

Programs with fees outstanding are considered delinquent.

September 1

Programs with fees outstanding will be removed from the website and notified. To be reactivated, the site must contact the SCUF business office to make payment arrangements.
