Educational Experience
Our fellow's educational experience is primarily run by the ultrasound faculty within the department, as we feel strongly that the best way to learn the clinical applications of ultrasonography is from its use in emergency department patient care. However, there are opportunities that fellows have taken advantage of in performing scans with obstetrics/gynecology, anesthesia, sports medicine, cardiology, and pediatrics radiology.
Image Review
Weekly image review on Tuesdays during a part of a dynamic ultrasound educational lecture series. Fellows will also participate in departmental quality assurance activities.
