Is there a dedicated US month?
The resident ultrasound experience is integrated with anesthesia and ED shifts. The interns spend dedicated weeks doing ULTRASTHESIA when they intubate in the OR in the morning and scan in the ED in the afternoon. This works well because the OR is busy in the morning and the ED is hopping by noon.
